So far, we like everything about the complex and the place is nice. I like the prompt response to our inquires and needs. But above everything else, I love the staff. Amazing people.

Sometimes parking can be hard to find but that's why I decided to pay for reserved parking. It saves you the headache of looking for parking.
|Recommended: YesPhenomenal Community — Love living here love it so much that my family and I have returned after having moved out several years ago for a job transfer We live in the Grand Tower and it is spectacular. Large, open, bright and airy floor-plans. Location is very central with loads of surrounding convenience at your fingertips. Parking is a pain, unless you pay for a reserved spot, but you must go on a waiting list and it's totally understandable, not a deal breaker. We can also hear the neighbors next door sometimes, but hey, it's a building, not a secluded acre of land in the middle of nowhere. The sunsets from our unit are to die for We've also had a great experience with the girls in the office, always very professional and responsive. Susan, Jessica and Gaby make a great team If you're considering moving into this complex, please go ahead and do so ... run don't walk ... you can thank me later

|Recommended: YesGreat Location Excellent Management Response — Centrally located, diverse community, excellent response by apartment maintenance request or any issue that arises. However, visitor parking is located in a multi-level garage at the far end back of extensive property size. Landscape maintenance is excellent but the following areas have poor maintenance Parking lot garbage, hallway floors and walls, elevator, garbage shoot and stairwells. Dog weight limit should be better enforced. Management staff is extremely attentive, responsive and professional when made aware of any situation or issue.

It's in a great location - it's easily accessible because it's close to the highway and shopping areas and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The grounds are well kept and clean especially compared to other places in the area. They have great amenities that are well kept and ample resident and guest parking. Staff members are very professional and available and maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I think Colony has among the best value for the price that you can get in Miami and I love living here
